As a distance based RN-BSN student at CSUF, there are not many of us in NSA. So being part of the NSA club at first kind of intimidated me. I thought I would feel like an outcast however, my experience with NSA has been anything but that. I always feel welcomed and embraced in this club. The board members are super friendly and nice. Due to scheduling conflicts, I try my best to attend as many meetings as I can because I am never disappointed. The club is alive with high spirit and embraces everyone. As an RN, I am introduced to many new opportunities in the club like joining the bone marrow registry and active volunteering in the local community. This club is a gem on campus and opportunities for self-growth are fostered. Go Titans! AuthorAmena, RN

Spring 2017's Discoverfest went so well, thanks to the awesome NSA members who volunteered to help out with our booth, both Wednesday, February 1st and Thursday, February 2nd. #realmvps 😎 Keep an eye (and ear) out for future volunteer opportunities! I would love everyone to be involved in future events with NSA, CSUF, and the community. For now, we hope everyone's having a good start with Spring semester so far! Kimberly, NSA Outreach Chair |
